We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to operate this website, answer inquiries or improve the website.
3) Hosting & server logs
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data in server log files (e.g. IP address, date/time, page accessed, user agent). Purpose: delivery of the website, stability, security and error analysis.
4) Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the information you provide (name, email, project objective, message) in order to answer your inquiry and, where necessary, ask follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
5) Cookies & consent
We use essential cookies to operate the website securely and reliably. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after your consent.
6) Google Analytics (GA4)
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand use of the website and improve content. GA4 is not loaded without consent.
6a) Aggregate conversion measurement
For key website actions, we additionally use a first-party cookieless aggregate counter. This counter stores only the date, event type, language code and page path; it does not set a persistent user or device identifier. Technical hosting server logs remain separate and are described in section 3.
6b) KitzLabs Live Pulse
For technical real-time website monitoring we use KitzLabs Live Pulse. It works without analytics cookies and without a persistent user identifier. It records a browser-tab-scoped session ID, page path, referrer or campaign source, language code, device and browser class, and selected CTA actions. Raw IP addresses are not stored by Live Pulse and are not sent to Telegram.
Event data is processed on KitzLabs infrastructure and is generally deleted after 30 days. The purpose is technical operations monitoring, error detection, and improving pages, navigation and conversion flows.
7) Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or for as long as we are legally required to retain it.
8) Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to certain processing. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
